In Bikini, Cameron Diaz Gruelling Yoga Session

KOMPAS.com - It is comforting news indeed - Cameron Diaz may not go to the gym, but she still has to sweat to keep that figure. The actress was spotted in her bikini in the Caribbean doing a strenuous yoga session.

While her friends lazed about in the sun, the 37-year-old balanced on one leg and held herself in the plank position. Miss Diaz has said in the past that she hates the gym, so tries to stay active outdoors instead.

'I hike, snowboard and surf,' she said.

'I admit I do hire a personal trainer as well, but for me working out is a big part of keeping mind and body together.'

She said of her diet: 'I used to be able to eat and drink anything I wanted - fried chicken, onion rings, half a bottle of wine - then go right to bed. But as you get older your insides rebel against you'.

The actress recently told how she has taken up yoga and trains three times a week with an expert. Other celebrity devotees of yoga include Madonna, Angelina Jolie and Uma Thurman.

Miss Diaz is in the Caribbean shooting Knight And Day, in which she stars alongside Tom Cruise. The couple filmed some scenes in Seville in Spain at the beginning of December but took a break over Christmas.

The pair were seen pitching in with other Hollywood stars to take pledges during a fundraising telethon to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake. Last week they were back to work in California where they were seen filming on a fishing jetty, with Cruise running up and down before appearing to collapse in Diaz's arms.
