Ini Nominasi Grammy Awards 2017

KOMPAS.com - Dalam beberapa jam lagi, malam puncak penghargaan musik, Grammy Awards 2017, akan digelar di Los Angeles, California, Minggu (12/2/2017) waktu setempat.

Pergelaran Grammy Awards ke-59 ini akan dipandu oleh aktor sekaligus pembawa acara asal Inggris, James Corden.

Adele dan Beyonce bersaing untuk memperebutkan sejumlah kategori bergengsi seperti Album of the Year, Record of the Year, dan Song of the Year.

Adele yang sukses dengan album 25, diunggulkan dengan lagu "Hello" sedangkan Beyonce mengusung "Formation".

Di antara nama-nama terkenal yang masuk nominasi Grammy Awards 2017, terselip pianis jazz muda kebanggaan Indonesia, Joey Alexander.

Remaja 13 tahun itu masuk nominasi Best Improvised Jazz Solo dengan lagunya "Countdown". Dalam kategori ini ia bersaing dengan Ravi Coltrane, Fred Hersch, Brad Mehldau, dan John Scofield.
