Getting Naked in Shot Means "Hot" Money to Andi Soraya

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Indonesian Actress Andi Soraya is ready for her hot scene in her coming film, "Hantu Puncak Datang Bulan" ("Puncak Ghost's A Period"). She admits that the scene takes a lot of guts.

"It (the movie) has a lot of hot scenes, but I did choose this because its story has a different twist. It takes a lot of nerve," she said at Planet Hollywood, Jakarta, Thursday.

The artist, who had a quarrel with Catherine Wilson, admitted that she feels something different with this movie compared with her previous ones. "You could say, this is my first out of the ordinary movie, it's quite controversial."

What do you mean? "I've never stripped before, but that's the totality I give in acting," answered Andi Soraya, who's usually called Aya, "I strip everyday, but I want the audience to see the acting side."

Hmm... aren't you worried that a daring act like that might inflame the Indonesian Ulema Council? "I hope the artists won't be sued. This is a movie for adults, 17 years above only. And we have a strict cencorship agency, so there's nothing to worry about."

By the way, how much did they pay you to show off your curves? "Of course Andi Soraya takes top notch pay!" she declared, saying her name proudly, but still unwilling to spill the numbers. (C9-09/C17-09)
