And now road safety campaigners have started a backlash against her nude billboard campaign. The advertisements, for Reebok, feature Kelly naked except for a pair of trainers, and have been called 'a deadly distraction' for drivers.

Critics are concerned the billboards may have the same effect as the infamous 1994 'Hello Boys!' Wonderbra campaign featuring Eva Herzigova, which was blamed for causing dozens of car accidents.

Kelly wasn't deterred, though, saying she was 'so excited', but also that: 'It's a bit scary having yourself up on a billboard but I suppose I've got to get used to it.'
